Sandra is known for her strong understanding of the commercial and operational impacts for industry participants of market change and reform, and for supporting constructive dialogue between industry and government on the development of policy and regulatory reforms. Bernadette is the Deloitte Australia Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry Leader and Energy & Chemicals Sector Leader. Professional Experience: Bernadette has more than 30 years of experience across the energy, LNG, chemicals, and resources value chains. She supports companies to improve business performance, implement growth strategies and become more efficient, sustainable, and inclusive. She works with companies to reduce emissions and tackle the challenges of the energy transition. Bernadette has a comprehensive understanding of the Australian and global resources industry, its challenges, and future directions as well as the overarching policy and regulatory framework in which the industry operates. Bernadette speaks frequently at energy and resources industry events and conferences and writes on trends and developments in the Australian and global industry. Nicki is Deloitte’s National Lead Partner for Mining & Metals and based in WA. She has over 20 years’ professional experience in Australia and South Africa. Nicki has experience in providing valuation advice, including independent expert reports and other non-public valuations. She has also advised clients on the buy and sell-side of transactions with a focus on the resource industry and companies that service the resource industry.

David is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Financial Advisory at Deloitte Australia and the Executive Sponsor of Deloitte Climate & Sustainability. He leads a team of 1,500 people who serve the private and public sector responding to economic and societal shifts and structural changes including: a sustainable health system; investment in social infrastructure; transition to a net zero economy; security and justice and advising investors seeking transformational M&A opportunity. David has spent his career advising companies, investors, financiers and government in transactions and financial restructurings. Dave previously led Deloitte Restructuring Services in Australia and Asia Pacific and helped establish a Special Situations Advisory network between China, Singapore and Australia, along with a new Restructuring practice in India.
